All services are provided in accordance with mutually agreed scope, pricing, and service levels. SurveForce Monitoring will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver services with professionalism and care.

Any engagement is subject to a signed agreement or documented statement of work where applicable. Client responsibilities include timely access to relevant systems, accurate information, and cooperation with implementation and incident handling requirements.

SurveForce Monitoring retains ownership of its methodologies, tools, documentation, and professional knowledge, while clients retain ownership of their own data and business information.
